NI TRAVEL TRADE RAISE £2,500 FOR NIPANC

The Charity Ballot at the 29th Annual NI Travel & Tourism Awards was in support of NIPANC

"We are delighted to announce that at this years Northern Ireland Travel & Tourism Awards in association with Blue Insurance, a massive £2,500.00 was raised for NIPANC.


Our industry colleagues showed great support for this years nominated charity, all donations made on the night go direct to the local organisation in support of the admirable work they do in fighting against pancreatic cancer.


NIPANC is a newly formed organisation based in Northern Ireland with the vision of ending all deaths from Pancreatic Cancer in Northern Ireland via increasing public understanding of Pancreatic Cancer, promoting professional awareness of the disease and funding research towards its eradication and at the same time supporting patients with Pancreatic Cancer and their families.


Ivan McMinn, NIPANC Chairman said,


“Myself and everyone at NIPANC would like to thank the NI Travel Industry for their collective generosity, especially during this challenging time. I would like to recognise NI Travel News for their support in organising the charity ballot.”

A thank you is extended to Loganair, P&O Ferries, Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, Stuba, Jet2holidays, ITC Travel Group, The Slieve Donard Resort and Spa and Topflight for generously providing ballot prizes on the night.
